Research Team and Career Opportunities

Based in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, the research group is part of the Research Center for Humanoid Sensing and Perception and focuses on humanoid tactile sensation research, with some real-life applications already achieved. Most members have overseas study experience, with diversified expertise to support each other’s work. Research Focus:

Our research focuses on humanoid tactile sensation, including tactile sensing, tactile interaction, and tactile display.

(1)   Tactile sensation and brain cognition: revealing the mechanisms of tactile stimulation and brain cognition.

(2)   Metaverse for tactile intelligence: constructing tactile communication channels connecting physical space, human society, and information space.


Recruitment Requirements:

(1)   Equipped with professional knowledge and skills in computer programming, embedded control, microelectronic chip design, MEMS fabrication, stimulus-responsive material, and cognitive psychophysiology, etc.

(2)   Publications in JCR Q2 and Q1 or CCF-A and CCF-B journals or conferences (human-machine interaction, ubiquitous computing, artificial intelligence, graphics, communications, etc.).
