On September 5th, the Cross-Boundary Innovation Conference and New R&D Institutions System and Mechanism Innovation Conference were held in Zhejiang Lab. Leaders of more than 100 new R&D institutions gathered in Hangzhou to conduct in-depth discussions on the innovation of scientific research system and mechanism. ZHU Shiqiang, President of the Lab, shared his thoughts on "Promoting Scientific and Technological Innovation with the Innovation of System and Mechanism" at the conference.
